Delivery
- Delivery is available within specified areas only
- Delivery dates and times will be confirmed at checkout
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
